Where are you located?
🌱 We're a small team rooted in the heart of rural Norfolk, where the pace is gentle, the skies are big, and our dog Belle has an opinion on everything we grow.
When we're not elbow-deep in our allotment, you'll find us being dragged across muddy fields by Miss Belle, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
It's these muddy-pawed, green-fingered adventures that inspired every single design you'll find at Basil and Bark.
How soon will my order arrive?
Norfolk may be famous for taking things slow (we like to call it mindful), but rest assured, your order won't be hanging around. We've teamed up with partners who enjoy life at a faster pace to ensure you get your goodies in good time.
Processing Once you've placed your order, we'll get it ready to go within 2–3 business days. During busy periods it might take a little longer, but we'll always do our best to get things moving quickly (Belle may be easily distracted by squirrels, but we're not...that's a lie, we are, but only very briefly!)
Delivery Once your order is on its way, you can expect it to arrive within 2–3 business days depending on your location and the shipping method you selected at checkout. 🐾
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes. As soon as your order has shipped, we'll email you your tracking information so you can keep an eye on exactly where your parcel is.
What materials are your products made of?
Our T-shirts are made from 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, soft enough for sofa snuggles, tough enough to survive a full day in the allotment (mud, weeds and all), and kind enough for even the most sensitive skin.
