We want every Basil and Barks order to put a smile on your face, and if it doesn't, we'll do our best to make it right.
We offer returns /refunds on:
- Items that arrived damaged or defective
- Orders where the wrong item was sent
Simply get in touch within 30 days of your purchase date and we'll sort it out for you.
