We want every Basil and Barks order to put a smile on your face, and if it doesn't, we'll do our best to make it right.

We offer returns /refunds on:

• Items that arrived damaged or defective
• Orders where the wrong item was sent

Simply get in touch within 30 days of your purchase date and we'll sort it out for you.

We're a small team but we're friendly, and we promise Belle won't be the one handling your enquiry.
