Shipping Policy

Good news, if your order comes to £75 or more, we'll ship it to you completely free. Because who doesn't love a bonus? 

Processing Once you've placed your order, we'll get it ready to go within 2–3 business days. During busy periods it might take a little longer, but we'll always do our best to get things moving quickly (Belle may be easily distracted by squirrels, but we're not...that's a lie, we are, but only very briefly!) 

Delivery Once your order is on its way, you can expect it to arrive within 2–3 business days depending on your location and the shipping method you selected at checkout.

Tracking As soon as your order has shipped, we'll send you your tracking information so you can keep an eye on exactly where your parcel is. 

Secure Checkout Every payment is processed through a fully secure and encrypted checkout, so you can shop with complete peace of mind.

Please note that delivery times are estimates, whilst we work with some seriously speedy couriers, occasional delays due to carrier hiccups or the great British weather are sometimes out of our hands.
